INTRODUCTION

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") regulate the use of CoRegulate, a meditation application available exclusively via mobile devices (hereinafter referred to as the "App", "CoRegulate", or "We").

CoRegulate is operated by SASU PARRALLELE, which is having its registered address at LOT LE VERGER DE BOUCHOU 429 AV DU LYCEE DE LA COUDOULIERE SIX-FOURS-LES-PLAGES 83140, France.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, govern the contractual relationship between You (the "User") and CoRegulate. By downloading or using the App, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

If You do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, do not create an account or continue using the App. Your continued use of CoRegulate constitutes Your acceptance of these Terms.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

CoRegulate reserves the right to update, change, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the App. It is Your responsibility to regularly review these Terms.

Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If You disagree with any changes, You must cease using the App and delete Your account.

ELIGIBILITY

In the case of a minor who made a payment, refunds may be requested by a parent or legal guardian within 30 calendar days of account termination.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

To access certain features, You may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Only one account is allowed per individual. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or manipulate services may result in suspension or termination.

You are responsible for safeguarding Your login credentials. CoRegulate is not liable for any unauthorized access due to Your negligence.

SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS

1) Subscription Access

Access to certain premium features of CoRegulate requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize CoRegulate to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.

2) Pricing and Billing

Subscription prices, features, and billing cycles may be modified at CoRegulate's discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle. Your continued use of the subscription after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

3) Refunds

All subscription payments are final and nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership periods, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under local law, you must request it within seven (7) days of your original purchase. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method at CoRegulate's sole discretion.

If your subscription was purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google. CoRegulate cannot process refunds for such purchases.

If your subscription was purchased through the CoRegulate website using Stripe or another supported payment provider, please contact our support team at support@coreglt.com for assistance.

4) Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features through that period. No refunds or credits will be provided for remaining days in your billing cycle unless required by law.

For subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must manage or cancel your subscription directly through your account settings on the respective platform. Refunds and cancellations for those purchases are subject to the platform's policies.

5) Cancellation or Termination by CoRegulate

CoRegulate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized copying, recording, or sharing of content. In such cases, no refund will be provided except where required by law.

If your account is terminated for reasons other than breach, CoRegulate will use reasonable efforts to provide you with seven (7) days' notice before terminating access and may, at its sole discretion, provide a prorated refund for any prepaid services.

6) Unpaid Amounts and Fees

If any amount owed remains unpaid, CoRegulate may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until full payment is received. Additional fees may apply for collection of unpaid amounts, including but not limited to chargeback and collection fees.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Upload or create content that is offensive, illegal, or discriminatory
• Use the App to exploit or harm minors
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with CoRegulate's systems
• Introduce malware or disrupt the app's normal operation
• Circumvent security or billing systems
• Share login credentials or allow account sharing

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and software within the App — including meditation scripts, audio recordings, UI, and code — belong to SASU PARRALLELE and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-commercial license to use CoRegulate for personal wellness purposes only. Reuse, copying, or modification without permission is prohibited.

THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS & COMPLAINTS

If You believe content within CoRegulate infringes on Your rights, email support@coreglt.com with relevant evidence. We will review and act accordingly.

SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

CoRegulate may suspend or terminate Your access without notice if You:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
• Provide false information
• Exploit bugs or security issues
• Remain inactive for over 12 months
• Are required by law enforcement intervention

We reserve the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CoRegulate is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy or reliability of meditation guidance
• Stress reduction or wellness outcomes
• Continuous uptime or error-free experience
• Device compatibility

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages resulting from:

• Use or misuse of the App
• Data loss or corruption
• Platform errors or outages
• Unauthorized access

If local law limits these disclaimers, our liability is capped at the lowest permissible amount.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoRegulate, its team, and partners from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement on third-party rights

This obligation survives account closure.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

CoRegulate may include links to third-party resources. We are not responsible for external sites' content, privacy policies, or practices. Accessing such links is at Your own risk.

CLAIMS & SUPPORT

For issues or complaints, contact support@coreglt.com with full details. We aim to respond within 10 business days. Some cases may take up to 30 calendar days to resolve.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Our support team will initiate an internal review of disputes within 48 hours of receiving a complaint. Complex cases may take up to 30 days. We will keep You informed throughout the process.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Internet outages
• DDOS attacks
• Civil unrest or war

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective and enforceable.

APPLE STANDARD END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

If you download or use CoRegulate via the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
